The Grand Winnipeg Airport Hotel by Lakeview

The front desk staff was rude and made the whole experience very disappointing. I booked two rooms online for my daughter and other family members, because there was a bad storm and I didn’t want them travelling home on the roads. They were already stressed to have to abandon plans and deal with a storm and a last minute…and then they had to deal with a staff member that was rude and very uncaring. Definitely won’t stay here again, or recommend it. The least you can do, as a paid staff, is treat people with kindness and respect. Not hard to do.
