Hampton Inn by Hilton Winnipeg Airport/Polo Park

We had booked to stay at this facility for two nights. Within the first hour, we realized we made a mistake and enquired about cancelling the second night. The over worked and under staffed front desk team were gracious in allowing a refund for the second night. The room itself was clean and nice, but everything else, from the high crime location and industrial view out the window, to the unsupervised children running around in wet swimming gear because the pool door lock had been defeated and no room key cards were required to unlock the pool door, negated the enjoyment of the room itself. Common areas were in desperate need of a thorough vacuum. None of the 110 volt outside outlets worked to plug in our EV using its 110 volt/12 amp standard plug (same as a portable hair dryer). There was a visibly intoxicated youth in the lobby area when we checked in. I would not recommend staying at this facility as it is currently managed.

It was amazing. My foster kid enjoy the pool and good ambiance. Hotel is clean and breakfast is great.

The stay at the hotel was good. It was a decent hotel for the price. Pretty close to some shopping & restaurants. Close to the airport & the free shuttle was nice. Beds were comfortable & service was good. Overall a good hotel for a family vacation.

I had a mishap in my room and the manager was so kind and had it fixed immediately. He was apologetic and understanding. Love this hotel & staff and will recommend it to any of my friends and family in the future.

I booked this hotel thinking that it would be like other hamptons that i usualy stay but no way. The room and bathroom was not clean properly. The towels had stains on them. The hotel was over crowded and the breakfast area was a disaster. They didnt had much breakfast options any way. I requested room service twice since i had 2 kids and needed diaper change. I was out the whole day when i retured at night the room service was not done . I called front desk all she said was sorry. So i requested the room service be done the third day that i am staying. When i return to my room later at night i noticed a big hair on my bed . Simply disgusting. Not what i expected from hampton. My wife went to the front desk to ask for an extra comforter the front desk girl started to speak to her in punjabi. Not everyone speaks punjabi. Over all a very bad experience. They charged me $20 extra i dont know for what.
