Room had some cleanliness issues, fridge was broken, yelling and kids running the halls non-stop until 2 am (was there 4 nights) and alarms in the hall or other rooms going off night and day. The breakfast was not good at all. The only "hot" option was a boiled egg in a crockpot. I could hardly bite into it it was so hard and when i did it squirted water into my mouth. It was so gross i spit it out and threw everything into the garbage except a banana. 4 nights and I ate 1 banana. There are many hotels in Winnipeg for the same price...choose one of those.

Room was comfy but needy a little love, staff are great and helpful, but the area is secluded and not safe at night. A good hotel to stay a night by the airport or for an extended work trip but I wouldn’t stay here with a family unless completely necessary.

I loved the place. The space was great for the 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids. Clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. I felt safe.

We had an incident during our stay. We forgot our luggage at the parking lot as we head out of the hotel and realized it only after 1 and half hour passed. Yes, crazy, it is chaotic attending to 4 kids. Thankfully, the receptionist found our luggage outside and when we head back the hotel, it was handed to us. Kudos to the staffs working here. All staffs are great! Meg the receptionist and the one attending during breakfast are all friendly. Awesome stay!

The price and room size of this hotel is very reasonable. The suites have everything you could need with a variety of different things such as blenders, fans, etc to borrow if needed. However, although a cot is listed as one of those items - none could be located on-site. My kids are older and don’t really enjoy sleeping together anymore so we like having a cot. The rooms themselves show their use - the tub/shower were chipped, walls themselves are very marked up, etc but everything was relatively clean. Our dishwasher had not been ran prior to us arriving so make sure you check that. We didn’t use the onsite hot tub.

there wS alot of noise .had to remind alll the screaming kids that quiet time is at 10pm.running arpund like it was a play ground
