Booked with Expedia and didn’t get the requested room. When I complained they changed me in what I asked for, no bed sheets for the kids, no staff to help. I had to sacrifice my time with them at the pool to make their bed. When I expressed my desapointment, the front desk said they can check me out. If was passed 10pm with 2 young kids and 2 dogs a long weekend!! Honestly wouldn’t go there again.

The staff were amazing The brunch was awesome The hot tub was broken and the front desk staff didn’t even know Behind the dresser was cake, decorations and a candle from the previous guest. The dresser drawers were broken and coming open my kids were older but that a safely issue. The sofa bed n the room wasn’t available to sleeping on sit on. It was so old and unfortunately. The hotel needs some love and care. The staff were amazing. The hotel needs to make sure cleaners are doing a better job thank you

Was a little get away for our family. Some back ro school shopping as well. We stayed in a King suite, my wife and i like our privacy. The 2 rooms were very musty, having to leave all the doors open anyway. Even the door to the hall way was left open to relieve the odor.

Our check in was at 3:00- I realize there is no guarantee for early check in, but at the same time, I’ve never been denied checking in an hour early to a hotel in Winnipeg. We arrived at 2:15 and were told we’d have to wait for our room, despite seeing several other parties arrive and get a key to their room. I checked back at 2:55 and a different receptionist gave me my key, no questions asked. It seems like there is some confusion among reception workers and room service? My two children were very anxious to get checked in and it was a very long 45 minutes for them!

Great stay with super friendly staff and clean spacious rooms! The breakfast in the morning had many options and my family really enjoyed the luxury of having 24 hour coffee available in the lobby as we came and left the building. We have stayed before and we will be back again. Thank you.
