Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites

Positives: The hotel was clean with many amenities on site and wonderful staff who were quick to address and resolve any issues. Quick access to the airport and close to Polo Park and other shopping. Negatives: while clean, the pool is small and great if the hotel is quiet- if the hotel is busy the small area echos with screams from kids and seems to lack capacity for more than 10 or so kids to comfortably play and for an upscale seemingly modern hotel the elevators felt from another era they were incredibly slow and delayed.

Always clean, quiet and very spacious rooms for a huge family like ours. Always stay in suites. Very affordable

Our family of 5 stayed for one night before flying out of the airport. We were able to park our car there while we were away for a very reasonable price, and we took the shuttle to and from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I especially liked the bath towels. They were larger and thicker than ones at other hotels. The front desk staff was very helpful as well.

We love the size of the rooms. There is ample room for our kids to walk around and have fun.

Show up to them saying they cant give me the room i booked because it didnt come up that i had a dog. So then they try and put me in a smaller room for the same price because it is pet friendly and someone was already in that room. Then they offer me another room this time the same style as the one i booked get there and the staff come up with a sorry platter that is filled with nuts(daughter is deathly allergic). In the morning my original booking included breakfast because i have children and i want them to eat before we hit the road each day only to be told my room number isnt on there list for breakfast. When checking out the staff literally did nothing to address my concerns other that offer me breakfast as our vehicles were already loaded and everyone but me was already in them. Will never stay at a Hilton again and will be lodging a complaint.

Loved our stay. The executive floor was a new experience for us and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. The snack room and breakfast were fantastic! Definitely a new favourite!

Good space for family of 5. Kids had fun in the pool. Great stay for reasonable price.

Liked the executive lounge. Liked the continental breakfast. They should have explained that the full breakfast buffet was not included or put a sign up. Needed more elevators. Need to clean the pool deck. Needed more towels at the pool. Needed to clean trash in hallways. Fewer kids as halls were noisy. Liked the layout of the suites.

One adult, 2 kids, requested (and received) poolside room - obviously wanting use of pool. On check in, informed pool closed for maintenance. No apology. Offered a shuttle to different hotel for use of pool but too inconvenient to consider. 2 very sad and disappointed kids. (and mom!) Advise hotel to maintain pool overnight so as not to disappoint clients.

I was, and so was my toddler, disappointed that the pool was closed on a Saturday, but orherwise a good stay.
