From the outside, the hotel is a little suspect, but any hesitation we may have felt quickly vanished once we spoke to the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the usual basic amenities one expects from a hotel. The AC unit was maybe a little loud but it did not bother us. The area also suited us well as it had a few good restaurants, a convenience store, a kids park, Starbucks, all within a short walking distance.

I stayed for one night as it was the closest hotel to where I needed to be the next day. It's in a shopping plaza - a little unexpected but absolutely fine!! The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. There was an odd smell throughout the hallway & room, however, I went nose blind to it relatively quickly. There was an air freshener in the room which helped! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick too. It was quiet all night until around 9am - there is a daycare in the plaza and the kids were playing directly under my window. I was already awake, so it wasn't an issue for me - but worth noting. Overall a great stay - I'd come back if I needed to be in this area again!

Clean and comfortable with good parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Convenient for me because I was visiting family in New Westminster. Hotel has complimentary snacks and such. Decor needs attention. Eclectic but with no clear “concept.” Didn’t love the cleaning cart right out side my room — seems to be where they store it when it’s not in use. A storage cupboard might be better for that. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t mind giving my credit card but I don’t appreciate a $200 security deposit. I checked out yesterday and the charge is still pending on my card over 24 hours later. Overall, I’d go again for a short stay.

The rooms with two beds had a separate bedroom which was great with a family. The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and updated. The hallways were a bit dingy and smelled like pot, but the rooms didn't have a bad smell. The entrance doors have a code to enter, so safety is great. They provided bottled water in the rooms and snacks downstairs. Definitely an unexpected bonus!
