I liked the breakfast it was great, the heated pool was nice for kids and the staff was lovely. We didn’t know the strain noise would be close but it didn’t bother us.

Our family of four stayed four nights in May. This property was extremely clean. It was super convenient to Metrotown Mall and central to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Being right at the mall was great for shopping and the easy access to transportation made travels across the lower mainland really easy. The included breakfast was perfect to start our days and the staff were responsive and friendly. We didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but could see it was heated so next time. We will definitely go back. The Skytrain noise did not bother us but I was familiar with what to expect. They do provide ear plugs for those with greater desert it’s than I.

We love this hotel as it’s literally connected to Metropolis Mall and just a 5 minute walk and you’re there. Breakfast is also fantastic and the kids also loved the heated outdoor pool.

My family stayed in this hotel. I like manager's sincere welcoming to our family and they loved the breakfast. Also concierge offered some supplies such as toothpaste and sanitary products, so they were really satisfied to stay in the hotel rooms.

Nice clean room, easy check-in, free parking. Seamless stay over two nights while visiting family. Free breakfast is one of the best I've had at this level of hotel - lots of choices, including eggs, bacon, sausage etc.
