Awesome place if you’re needing to stop for two nights; has huge variety of breakfast and good size swimming pool for kids 10 and under. Staff was friendly and on top of helping when needing

Facilities were great! Parking was easy! Staff were extremely helpful! And staff running the restaurant and breakfast were amazing as well! Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend for families!

We had a great stay in Best Western Plus Burnaby. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are clean with comfy beds. The kids was able to enjoy the outdoor pool but only for a day due to weather conditions. Very easy to find location and quick check in and check out.

The exterior of the hotel appears dated and the neighborhood is ok. The front desk was friendly and professional. The quickly took action to resolve an issue with the card reader for the room look. Our kid enjoyed the pool with some other kids also staying at the hotel. The hotel is an acceptable option for an overnight stay.

I had a great stay at the best Western in Burnaby. I would definitely stay again. It was a perfect place to stay with my kid. Location was very convenient. The building and parking lot were clean. Free breakfast was awesome. My only downside was actually Expedia. It was such a pain to shorten my stay. I appreciate the hotel staffs patience with me regarding this. Next time, I’ll book directly with the hotel. I don’t think I’ll be using Expedia anymore.
