We visit Vancouver every couple years to see family and we did a repeat stay at element for a week this year. We love the variety at breakfast, the balcony space and view, as well as having a full fridge/freezer in our unit.

Excellent location in Metrotown, Burnaby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room that was quiet. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend to friends & family.

I am a frequent traveler doing in excess of 3 trips every month, and have never bothered to review my hotel stays because it’s always the same basics. I travelled to Vancouver with my wifey and two little kids, stayed at the Element Vancouver. The service, genuine friendliness and assistance of the hotel staff was exceptional. I can’t even pick any one staff out, from kitchen, reception, room maintenance staff were always glad doing their work. The hotel is in a great location to dining places, take outs, metro stations and shopping centres. Thanks so much guys. Dr Ubah & family.

It was great to be somewhere close to restaurants but not be in the busy Vancouver city. It felt very safe for our family and parking was so easy. The continental breakfast offered great variety!! We will definitely stay here again.

Room is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a great plus for a family. Proximity of Chinese market and eatery is very convenient. A bit off center from Vancouver
