The property was nice and a very close walk to the mall. The staff were great :) at check in and in the breakfast buffet. The room had a pretty nice view, and it was clean! Nice layout! The pool is an outdoor lane pool, so not very much fun for kids. Overall, it was a nice visit, thank you!

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were misleading. The pool is a very narrow lap pool. Not the kind of pool that you would sit around and have your kids play in. The hot tub was just a bit bigger that a bathtub in your house.

The staff was extremely rude. When I checked in the front desk lady stopped half way through to make fun of a lady walking into the building. They also don’t allow any food deliveries: door dash. And they were so rude when I asked if someone could bring the food up because my baby was sleeping and couldn’t be left alone. I usually stay at the Sutton place hotel who is over and above helpful and accommodating. I am used to the excellent service at the Sutton place hotel and will be going back there for all future bookings.

Staff is friendly and helpful, it was a bit noisy as there were some sports event going on and there were lots of kids around - quite noisy, would have been better if they can be group together on a specific floor.

It was great up until one night when kids were screaming & jumping above us. I did find hair in the bathtub when we first got in to the room so that was alarming.
