We enjoyed our stay cooling off in the outdoor pool with our grandchildren and dining at the hotel restaurant with our family. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the waitress brought complimentary Shirley Temples the little girls (so sweet). The room was comfy, clean and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Room was clean. We have a little under 1 year old baby and I try finding clean places to stay nowadays. This hotel is a lot cleaner than most hotels I've been to so highly recommend for that. There's a restaurant right on site that you can pay extra for buffet style breakfast and not having to go far for dinner options too. There are shops and places to eat around the hotel as well within walking distance so that was a plus. Check-in and checkout was easy. Parking lot is a share parking structure with some restaurants and shops around so you'll have to park and enter through the parking structure to the hotel. Not terrible though because there's an entrance door from parking to walk through the hotel lobby. Fitness center and outdoor pool was nice .

Staff are kind and clean. Not very quiet but it would depend on which room we stay. Overall, this is the right option for our family.

It was a great spot for a night. We had a room with a private bedroom which was great with kids. Everything clean and fresh. It’s not “fancy and new” but it’s well cared for. And the restaurant was good too!

Alert- credit card only. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Showed up to check in and denied my wife 2 kids and I because we wanted to pay with debit. Did not suggest new place to stay or restaurants in area. Staff are so rude and unkind. Should have listened to google reviews. Avoid avoid avoid.

OK let’s be honest this is essentially a motel like the ones I stayed at as a child in the 70s. They even deliver breakfast to your room in the morning, haven’t experienced that this century! Staff were all super friendly and the room was clean, just old and quite basic. That was all I needed for a one night stay in the area.

I have actual proof that we changed our reservations at this hotel because Air Canada changed our flights and we were coming in a day later. The hotel said they would change the date but didn’t - they cancelled our reservations and blamed it on Expedia. We got to Vancouver for our daughter’s wedding and had no place to stay. I won’t ever book here again when we come out to see our kids. They were rude and couldn’t have cared less.
