We fell in love with this property. It was absolutely stunning! The moment we got in, the staff was very friendly. Stella was amazing in making sure our every need was taken care of and we truly felt at home. The energy of this place, the cleanliness, and the ease was everything we needed for our family vacation. Thank you to all staff.

I like that there was a laundry facility at the lobby but not as noise proof as I could hear kids screaming and yelling next door.

We have familyvtrips to catch a hockey game. After a 6 hour drive it is always nice to arrive here. Staff is great and the hotel is a comfortable and clean one. Its easy to get to and a great location to adventure from. We have stayed other places but thos is now our official Vancouver go to! Thanks to the staff and we will see everyone again soon!

Hotel was nice, very close to my wife's training seminars, but like everywhere else in the greater Vancouver area it's expensive for the sole fact it's near Vancouver. If you are there for a long stay ore with little ones there in a Super Store very close that can come in handy.

Clean property, but our non-smoking room smelled of smoke, hot tub was boarded up and restaurant attached to hotel didn’t allow for take our kids meals.

Hotel is clean and convenient location to ferry terminal. We are a bit disappointed that the hot tub is not functioning. Also- we would have liked to know that the kids were going to get a free meal voucher. We checked in after having dinner.

Disappointed breakfast wasn’t included. Other family stayed at Holiday Inn downtown Vancouver and theirs included breakfast. Makes it very nice to have at your hotel. Hair dryer did not work.

Hotel is quite aged but the outside gives the impression of a new hotel. Also the location is a bit out from central activities for kids. Check in was super efficient and friendly
