Best Western Sunrise Inn & Suites

We stayed with another family and both of our rooms had very uncomfortable beds. Also a fire alarm went off at 6am from apparently someone having a steamy shower… sounded like it happened regularly! Ruined the entire families sleep and all the kids were crying in terror from the shrill alarm. No effort was made to compensate anything or offer apologies. Also the coffee was very poor quality and weak. The highlight was the pool area. The whole family loved that.

One night family trip. Room was clean. Service was good. Breakfast good. Kids enjoyed pool and water slide.

Fantastic check in. Extra large room. Kitchenette was better than expected. Waterpark was a blast for the kids. Hotel was booked to max due to local baseball tournament but hot breakfast was constantly replenished and had great options

I booked a suite for 2 nights in July to treat my young grandsons during the scorcher weather we had. I booked the suite through Expedia which went smoothly, having 0 issues understanding the policies, procedures and terms, and when I arrived to book in the front desk staff was extremely informative, had a genuine smile from the beginning of the booking to the very end. She was very thorough with the rules and regulations of the pool, the restaurant information as well as rates. We checked in on a Wednesday evening so that it wasn’t to busy. 2 queen beds, a full bath, mini fridge, microwave, small utility sink and a free continental breakfast for morning (between 7-10 am) I choked a little at the price but seeing the smiles on the faces of my little grandsons while they were cooling off in the made it quite a bit easier to swallow. Overall this motel was full stars. Courteous, fun, clean, appealing, respectful service staff and a wicked twisty slide for the kids little and big.

The staff went out of their way and let us use the breakfast room to do a playoff watch party with 20 family members for the evening. We brought in our meals and had a great time as we were gathered together for a family reunion starting the next day. Also a very good waterslide at the pool. The kids loved it!

Enjoyed our stay in the property, very clean , safe and comfortable. Had spent 3 nights with my family to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday....very nice hotel.

It's about 25 mins from West Edmonton mall. The kids loved the pool! Breakfast was great! Staff were all nice and friendly. The floor in our room is a bit squeky though. But overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great hotel, would stay here again with the family!

I always stay here with my larger family. The room still had other peoples toys under the bed. The kids love the pool and water slide. My family always devours the breakfast and love how there are so many restaurants near by.

The rooms were very clean. The pool was awesome for kids and young kids- also very clean. Service was great! Would highly recommend this hotel for families.
