We have stayed here several times. It is our "go to" hotel when visiting family I Spruce Grove.

The hotel itself was great and the staff. I would give a 5 star however the stay was tainted by a few things. A few hours after we checked in we were relaxing in the room and had another guest enter our room with a keycard which was alarming, but it’s ok we understand mistakes. The biggest issue which wasn’t up to the hotel but there was a baseball team staying and all of the kids were running up and down the halls all day and making a mess of every common area so we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. Definitely would stay again but would hope it wouldn’t be as hectic.

I booked a suit with a kitchenette so I would have the convenience of being able to clean baby bottles and dishes. In other hotels, the suites have items like dish towels and dish soap and other useful kitchen items like plates and cutlery. This suite did not. What is the point of having all of that cabinet space when you keep them empty.

Excellent stay, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice looking areas, pool and pool area clean and open, variety of delicious breakfast options, quiet at night time. Friendly and respectful staff. My children and I enjoy a nice relaxing time at this hotel. Thank you!

Staff were great, breakfast, pool and fitness room were good. Only downfall was there was a delivery truck blocking the whole road/entry way by the lobby doors, we had to go around via another road, and park in an icy parking lot to offload luggage and kids.

Wonderful, clean hotel with very friendly & welcoming staff! Nice hotel for family and extra bonus is its pet friendly! The Tri Leisure Center is in walking distance across the street which is really convenient. One of the best hotels we have stayed at, and we will definitely be staying here again!
