Radisson Hotel Edmonton Airport

With my kids for 1 night. Clean, free parking!

Booked an executive suite which was supposed to come with daily housekeeping and a child crib was requested prior to our stay. Didnt get any housekeeping and the cribs they brought to our room were both broken. The staff failed to replace the crib completely and suggested they will fix it Monday. Our stay was only till Sunday. So all in all, not a executive stay at all.

Totally not soundproof!!!! I could hear the guy next door talking with his kid on the phone, then his alarm at 4am!!!! And flushing the toilet at 4:20am! Service lady at front desk not very professional, showed a black face when checked in, then kept talking on the phone when I checkout out

Didn't like the noise. Alot kids running around after 10pm down the hallways. Room was cleaned once in 8 days

Very nice hotel good location for me when visiting with family in the Leduc area. Close to shopping also

We found hair in our food, the shower handle in our room was falling off so it was very hot water or no water at all. Will not be back and I will be telling my family and friends the same

Great hotel close to the airport. The free shuttle was very convenient and the shuttle driver was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and our room upgrade was a wonderful surprise. The only issue I had was with the infant crib. The one that was provided had a mattress that was way too squishy for an infant under 1 years old. Be aware if you plan on using this service.

The place is very clean and tidy after my experience I’ll recommend it to friends and family and definitely I’ll come back again.

The hotel is in close proximity to the airport. It has breakfast lunch and dinner for purchase, which is good for travelling and business crowds. We were travelling with a family group and found that the facilities exceeded our needs and expectations. We were able to receive a reasonable rate on two rooms and were accommodated by the front desk with adjoining rooms on a quieter side of the hotel. Check-in was super easy and quick and the same can be said about the checkout. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We used the Hotel Restaurant and found the service very good and friendly. The food offering was very good also. The room was clean and spacious. A large washroom and ample towels and pillows. We would certainly return here and use the accommodation again, it could be considered our go to hotel in this area.

Everything was great except when we go there we were advised that parking was $50 for the week. We happily agreed and paid the money and booked another night for when we returned back to Canada. The other family we are travelling with that showed up an hour after us were told parking was $80 for the week. So, that was annoying. Then we were told there was a complimentary breakfast but then found out in the morning that the “free” breakfast is actually $10 and you get a coupon for the restaurant.
