Two men entered my room at 930am. As a single women with two small kids I felt very unsafe and scared. I had to check out early and leave.

Booked 2 night stay. Crumpled info sheet in the room indicated if you wanted fresh linens/towels to ask front desk before 3 pm otherwise there was no maid service. If I had noticed before this morning, comforter (that was sandwiched between 2 sheets) was clearly turned top to bottom, comforter had dirty marks and blood spots along the bottom, we would have asked for linens to be changed. No fault of staff but think if they are advertising as "pet friendly" a dispenser of bags for guests to pick up after their dogs, would might eliminate of the piles along the entry way of hotel. Again, not the staffs fault, but had enough of the rude, unruly children allowed to run screaming and playing in common areas with parents oblivious. Breakfast was a step below substandard and tables were dirty. Sorry .... will not ever book again.

Great staff, clean room. I was staying solo & i got a single queen bed room that also had a hide a bed couch in it, great if you have children. Will stay again.

Overall our stay was great. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. For the first time we were in a room on the first floor … the hotel needs to have noise control … we stayed 3 nights and couple of nights … there were people slamming doors, kids screaming in the hall way.

Hotel staff were incredibly rude, gym was unsanitary, have 3 little children and we have currently been evacuated for the last 15 days and this staff was the worst staff I’ve ever came across in my life. I will never stay here again and I recommend nobody to ever stay here, pick the other hotels in the area

My room wasn't ready upon arrival, there were about 4 other families waiting for their rooms as well so checking in wasn't smooth as expected. Staff is always on their phone with personal call, we have to kindly interrupt to ask questions. Room was sufficient in terms of cleanliness and amenities for what I paid, but not the best I've stayed in either. Room came with microwave, refrigerator & coffee machine (not clean) & supplies for 2 coffees. Shower was not great, shower head & water pressure was awful, the tub drain plug-in malfunctions quite a bit. Queen bed was quite comfortable, with blackout shades/blind which was great. Thermostat was adjustable so we can set to a comfortable temperature for the day & cooler at night. If you're staying longer than 1 night, they don't clean or replace towels/amenities for the next day. Breakfast was better than expected, included freshly made eggs with scallions, sausages, bread, bagels, cream cheese, butter, cereal, coffee, 3 different juices (I expected worse for continental breakfast). Parking was easy, convenient, and free. I heard there is free shuttle service to & from airport though I didn't need to use it. For <100CAD/night I am fairly pleased with my stay here. :))

First and last time ever here. We came and everything looked clean however there was an old dried fry on the floor by the bed that my toddler almost ate, the sheets had dried blood, not blood stains but dried on and dark long hairs on the pillows, looks as if the beds was made and not washed. We then was going to take a shower, moved the shower curtain and saw a pair of dirty underwear hung on the shower curtain!!! As well as a dirty tub with brown secs! If the bathroom was clean those underwear would not have been there. The next day before we left to go out for the day at 9 in the morning we told the people at the front desk and all we were given was oh I’m sorry. So we asked for new sheets on both beds, the underwear taken out and new towels, we came back 10:00 at night and nothing was done, not a thing. So we went to talk to front desk again about it when we got back and again, all we got was an oh I’m sorry and “there is no housekeeping at 10 night. Ok so why wasn’t it done when we asked at 9 in the morning. To me, this should have resulted in a free stay but nope we didn’t get offered anything besides an oh I’m sorry. This will be the first and last ever staying at this place. Disgusting and people at the front desk do not care.

Problems started when I entered the property. Nobody was at the front desk to service patrons. There was a sign with a number to call which I did shortly after reading. I called the number 3 more times in the following minutes with no answer until the front desk representative showed up after 5-10 minutes. After some looking into their booking system. The hotel had overbooked on my room booked 2 weeks earlier and so they were unable to accommodate 2 parents and 4 children in the same room. There was absolutely no communication whatsoever from the hotel prior to arrival around an hour after check-in started of the day of the booking. They weren't able to provide cots or an adjoining room to solve the problem. After much checking the computer and with someone I imagine was management on the phone, I was given the option to take a single queen and a double queen room, or to get a refund. The solution with the two rooms is hardly acceptable when there's 4 minors, but we had little choice. One of the parents ended up sleeping on the floor and another slept in the other room down the hall. On top of that, no shower soap or even hand soap was provided in either room. Two of three comforters had large stains on them. Other guests were noisy late into the evening. Some people were walking the halls in the wee hours of the morning. HORRIBLE experience, beware!

Goodspace for my large family of 6, large kitchenette. The couch pullout was not comfortable at all and terribly squeaky. So 2 of my kids didn’t sleep well.
