Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Edmonton Airport

Exceeded all of my expectations! It was our first trip with our 2 month old son and our dog. We really appreciated a pet and kids friendly hotel. The staff were super kind and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room worked really well for us. There was lots of room for baby and dog stuff. The hot water was really hot and made washing bottles and warming bottles really easy. We appreciated the bathtub for baby bath time. We had requested a quiet room and I don't think we ever heard any of our neighbours. Even though we didn't need to use it, the free access to a washer and dryer was amazing! The breakfast was nothing fancy, but we didn't go hungry and my husband did have some issues with the gym but I don't know what they were.

Called hotel prior to booking to ensure that they had a room we could eat team meals at, at no cost. We booked over 25 rooms and they said we could use the dining area. Arrived at the hotel and confirmed with check in staff that we could use the room. Advised that we could. The next day we go to use the room to have our teams eat pizza together and they said it would be a $200 charge. Explained that we were told we could use it and the front clerk contacted the manager for the second time and she said “no, it is $200”. Since we booked half of the rooms in the hotel and they went against their word, we opted to not pay the $200 out of principle and we ate in the front lobby instead and they complained because there was kids everywhere making too much noise. Went to bed and some teens were partying with loud music with there door open. They were playing beer pong and would not turn the music down after numerous complaints. Finally a parent called the room pretending to be security and they finally settled. The place was clean and the breakfast was good but if you are looking for hospitable staff and a quite place to sleep, this isn’t it.

Staff were so friendly, rooms were clean, kids loved the pool.

The furniture & carpet are too old (so even the staffs clean them hard, they still look dirty). The pool has too strong chemical smell that made my family headache & sick. Otherwise, the receiptionists are friendly & welcoming. The breakfast is awesome.

Was in the area visiting family, and the hotel was in a convenient spot.

The property was well maintained and quiet. Decided to stay here so my kids could go swimming. Got the king size bed with couch pull out - I must say this, it is probably the largest hotel room I have stayed in. No shortage of space. Will probably stay here in the future as the pool is a great size and my children were tall enough to stand in the shallow end. 0.9 metre in the shallow end. 1.4 in the deepest end. Perfect for my 5 and 7 year old.

Stayed for a single night, however the service was good and the value was top notch. The hotel is older but maintained and clean. Breakfast is no frills but has more than enough options to satisfy most people/kids. It can be a bit noisy depending on the airport schedule and trucks on the EQ2, but likely only something that would wake up a light sleeper. All in all, for the price point, my family would say again if needing to stay near the airport or Leduc.

Great over all experience. Very family friendly. Loved the included breakfast. Pool and hot tub were great. Over all a good bang for your buck.

It was great for the grankids to have the pool. Restaurant and breakfast all i one place . Great place for your pets . Very friendly staff
