Well room is HUGE which with 4 kids is epic...only errrr is the place needs some TLC...hot tub jets are not working...business centre is down...water fountain on main floor is broke slso...think attention is warranted...but will haunt here agsin...first stay

The room is very specious, and clean. We are 4 adults and 2 children and we did like the sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa was really worn out and the bed itself is deep, you feel like your sinking. And there is no laundry washing available in the building which is very in convenient. We have to cross in the busy street to wash our laundry.

Room was very quiet from outside noises. Inside you could hear children running around. Beds were awesome, very comfortable to sleep on. Great to have breakfast included with stay & not an extra. Enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby area. Only item I would like to see done is the bed skirts cleaned once in awhile. Ours had some stains on it, but I know how difficult it is to clean & replace these. Real pain in the butt lol. Overall, great stay & will stay here again, thank you 👍👍

We had some family in from B.C. We had decided this hotel, because of the pool, which was absolutely fabulous. We were all together because my mom had been diagnosed with a terminal illness and we’re meeting up the Hotel upgraded us and we had a fabulous reconnection-definitely recommend.

Stayed three nights with my daughter for Easter weekend. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Rooms are big and spacious. The pool is great for kids. Remember this is an older hotel but renovated. Quiet areas it’s located in the industrial part of Leduc, so there is no noise at night which is great. Direct with it included is awesome every day they were there. Would recommend staying here especially if a kid.

The staff was very nice and the room was big and comfortable. However, we're pretty sure we had members of a kids' sports team in the room above us. Either that or Godzilla. Not sure if this was normal or an oversight, but we had no hair conditioner or lotion. Not a huge deal and we didn't enquire about it. I'm sure they would have brought us some. The hot tub was not working and that was a disappointment. Overall, we had a good sleep and the other things were just minor annoyances.

The room was very, very dated. There were stains on everything - sofa, curtains, chair, walls. Breakfast was until 10:00. I walked in at 10:00 exactly, there was one other family eating in there. I went to grab a yogurt and the guy said, “we’re closed! And closed the doors in my face. I mean, yah, my fault for not getting there earlier I guess… The lady at the front desk was really nice when she checked us in at 1:00 in the morning,
