Amazing staff especially Rosalie who served our breakfast, she is so friendly and attentive, our family decide to always book in this hotel whenever we go to Edmonton.

Overall hotel is ok , but we had terrible sleep due to constant loud clicking from ac/heater. It was evident this is an ongoing issue as there was electrical wiring hanging down below the ac unit, which is unsafe for small kids. On telling this at checkout all we were told was that they would pass it on to maintenance. No refund or discount was offered. DISSATISFIED

The property was clean, amenities were updated and it was close to the airport. The breakfast was excellant. A main reason we booked however was the hot tub and steam room (the kids were excited to go in the hot tub). When we arrived and asked about it, we were surprised to learn that we were told it was out of order. When I went to look at the hot tub, it appears that a full renovation and tear down was underway and a lock was installed on the door; it appeared as that it had been closed for quite awhile and would probably still be closed for quite some time. My disappointment is that the hot tub and steam room is heavily promoted on the website and booking agencies and there was no mention of the closure when we booked the hotel stay a week ago, nor was there any notification on the emails we received prior to arrival of th closure. It would have been appreciated if we had known that the hot tub and steam room was closed until further notice, prior to booking. Then we could have made an informed choice whether to book or not. There was no adjustment made to the room rate even though what was offered was not what was advertised.

This was a great place to stay during a short visit to Edmonton visiting family. The property is clean and well kept and the breakfast was very good.

Great, friendly staff. Excellent value from the money with free buffet breakfast, Microwave, Fridge, Coffee and Water not to mention the free coffee and tea station in the lobby. My family and I enjoyed our stay Very much.

This hotel was really worth it. I had booked the junior suite, which was suitable for the price, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good and varied, contrary to my expectations, the complementary coffee is smart move. In fact, you get more service than you pay for. The only drawback of this hotel is the unprofessional and untrained staff, especially the reception desk. Even though I was a VIP, I didn't get any service, but we were treated even worse than others. No upgrade of any kind exists. Even I asked for a bottle of water as promised at the time of booking but my request was rudely refused. The hotel management should give them the necessary training, which of course it will not be so easy.

Upon check in, we noticed the mirrors were not clean. Im not just talking about a finger print here and there, the previous people that stayed in that room were probably a family as the mirrors were dirty with hand prints, snot etc. Told the front desk, lady with a mask, cold to me, said she could move rooms because house keeping wasted in, her colleague said a name of someone that could clean it. They said it would be done. We left for dinner, came back 4 hours later and it still was not cleaned. They never did clean the mirrors. Tile in bathroom was moldy and in need of repair

They junior suite was great until you had to open the sofa bed…. It was completely broken and the mattress on it was so thin you could feel all of the coils in it. The king bed was also quite uncomfortable. After 2 nights I went home with a severe headache form the pain in my neck and back….. maybe just needs a new mattress. Otherwise it’s ok.
