Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites Calgary West

Sachin at the front desk was exceptional. I had booked the previous month and paid extra for a balcony and asked that I receive a pet friendly room,,when I arrived the only pet room did not have balconies. Sachin quickly rectified the situation while making me feel valued and resoected. Our room was a small suite, seemed much smaller than previous stays (we were in Room 134) but it was clean albeit a little dark with low lighting. The room was a little loud with acrobatic kids above and noisy hallways. The pool was cold with no towels stocked but the waterslide was a great addition. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere inviting, and the front staff was excellent. Parking was plentiful and easy. We didn't try the on-site restaurant but ,I appreciated that they had one. .

The room was good, and clean. There was no hand soap by the sink, so you had to use the bath tub soap - which is attached to the tub. Staff were friendly. Pool was great, kids absolutely loved the slide. The hot tub jets were not working and there was a sign. The gym was clean and had some weights and cardio machines.

Room was appointed well enough. there was a sitting room with pull out couch which would be okay if you have kids or entertain, but the bathroom was quite cramped with a sink that I think is meant for really tall people.

Excellent staff, good breakfast, fun pool with waterslide for our kids. Thank you!

What I like about the property is that is it conveniently close to visit family and friends.

My family really enjoyed the Waterslides and pool. Super comfy pillows. Great front desk staff.

Great accommodations for family. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast option in restaurant a little pricy for children.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pool and room was huge, and gorgeous.
