Great property. Staff were amazing. 2 challenges Saturday Morning no hot water for shower. Thursday and Friday had kids playing hockey in the hallway outside our room from 7 am to late in the evening

No continental breakfast and the nights we were there there was kidds running around on our floor and yelling. Hot tub wasnt very hot Pillows were to big and hard but there was a nice gentleman that works there that found us some smaller pillows. For the price we payed and what you get i dont think we will stay again.

was in Calgary with many family members for a celebration of life for an Aunt. Quick check in-large room and ate twice at hotel especially good was the breakfast, would stay again reasonable price for this type of accommodation

I liked how nice the property was and the staff was also super nice too. I would stay at Grey Eagle Resort again. Will also recommend to friends and family.

Love the dining options available. The buffet and restaurant in the casino are great! Unfortunately if you have kids, its not an option. There is a different restaurant on the hotel side that is family friendly.

The hotel was close to our family who we were visiting and easy to get to.

We weren’t around hotel much as had a family wedding nearby.

The hotel swimming pool was so loud it was unbelievable. Children were left in attended to, leading to screaming and unruliness by the kids. Additionally, we were given a handicap-friendly room when we were not handicapped. We agreed since they could not provide us with what we booked online, the bathroom of the room wasn't clean to standard, hair were found everywhere in the shower. For a family that travels a fair bit, the expectation is a complimentary bottle of water in the rooms as you check in, Considering the heat. Finally, the towels are old and brownish instead of been white. We stayed a few times in this hotel some five years ago; it was a clean and a more friendly environment then.

Overall this place is great, bring my mom and the kids here, although there is not much for the kids to do other than the swimming pool. We came on a weekday, so there aren’t that many ppl and we get to use the whole pool ourselves. Staff is very friendly and helpful, help us get a connecting room, this way my mom and I get to take turn to go to the casino
