Clean and comfortable room. They have basement parking which we really liked. It’s next to the train station which is very convenient. Restaurants are next to it as well which is awesome. The pool and slide was a huge hit for my child. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was really great, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, it’s one of the better ones I’ve been to. Pool and spa were well maintained a great place for families

Suite was clean and modern. Staff were excellent. Id stay here again for sure. Two suggestions though. If there is a kids hockey team staying dont put a couple who would like a quiet evening on the same floor. Also, it would be nice if your tvs allowed casting. Otherwise, a fine hotel.

Breakfast was great...kids loved the pool...bed was great slept well...desk staff was really nice...great location to get to Banff National Park...THANKS for the WHITE CHRISTMAS

Great stay with our 3 grandkids, playing in the pool and the slide was a bonus hit! Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices.

Hot continental breakfast each morning, yes please. The place was clean and up to date. The slide was fast and fun, although i found the pool to be cold. My kids didnt care and had a great time.
