The hotel was full of unsupervised kids running in the halls, screaming endlessly in the pool and hot tub and the noise carried into the dining room. Kids running in the halls until after 10:00pm. The breakfast was good and the restaurant meals were good but extremely noisy.

The staff are the reason that I keep coming back. I really enjoy the Best Western. My only issue this time was on one of my 7 nights there were screaming kids in the pool and running around the hallways - very unfortunate night - which is too bad.

This is a good property for young families. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There were a lot of families with young children as well as sports teams staying here at the same time. Many were not very respectful and shouted to one another across the courtyard, which made it feel like one was in an amusement park. However, our door was quite sound proof and the beds were comfortable, so we got a good nights sleep.

I enjoyed my stay with my grand kids this weekend and absolutely enjoyed my stay. Every staff person I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. The hotel is clean, the restaurant way good the free Breakfast buffet was fresh, with a great variety of breakfast foods. I would definitely recommend them. Oh and theyyare dog friendly. I loved thst

Overall this was a great place to stay: clean, updated, mostly quiet (overnight), good quality supper, decent breakfast, great service. Free underground & surface parking. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the pool in an open courtyard which was super loud with kids having a great time (good for them, but it was a bit overpowering if you’re more sensitive to sound). Nonetheless, I’d return: good value.

This hotel was so nice! It reminded me of my childhood, but the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, room service was prompt and the laundry was good. The kids enjoyed the pool but there’s way too many chemicals in the whirlpool! It shouldn’t be full of bubbles. Parking was a little tough for bigger cars.
