We really enjoyed our stay here. The family room was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers). We had connecting rooms with 2 full bathrooms. The AC worked great and beds were comfortable. The free iced tea and coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. We used the pay bar as well which was convenient. It is a great location and we could walk to Grand Place, the Central train station and restaurants and bakeries. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really liked how friendly the front desk staff were to us during our. We enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna facilities. We felt for our family it was a great location and quiet so that at night we could open our windows slightly and enjoy the cool evenings. In area that I felt needed improvement was that we didn't think the cleaning of the room was as diligent as we would have liked. Our tissue box in the bathroom ran out and was not replaced during our stay. There could have been a better job in both dusting and especially cleaning the floors.
