Warwick Brussels

Excellent Hotel - first rate front staff and hotel services. Would highly recommend this hotel for business or family travel to Brussels.

Very central location and friendly/helpful staff. Since it's in city center, it's very small space. After opening the luggage, I barely had room to move around. The room is clean. However, the table/interior are old, and things don't feel fresh...Cleaning crew did not clean our bathroom or refill the soap (could be just a one time thing). The place works for young couples, but probably not for families with younger children.

Beware of the junior suites in this hotel. We had two bookings. One was for a deluxe room and one was for a junior suite. The junior suite cost a lot more; however, it was dirty, dusty, and very outdated. The deluxe room, on the other hand, was refurbished, clean, and modern. Upon complaining to the hotel, they didn’t do anything to resolve the situation. They informed me they were fully booked but room service told me there were many empty rooms. I knew they had empty rooms because I could see there was availability on hotels.com. Generally very dishonest service and horrible experience. Even my 7 year old felt uncomfortable because she saw an insect on the bed upon check in. We cut our stay short and stayed at the Hilton across the street for the rest of our trip. Also, if you are a family of 2 adults and one child, take note that hotels.com forces you to book a larger room even though the hotel itself doesn’t require you to. We were warned by a VIP who lived in Brussels for some time not to stay at the Warwick. Now I know why. Steer clear and go for the much cleaner and better Hilton. Could’ve booked the Smurf room at the Hilton for my daughter had I not wasted my time and energy with the Warwick.

My family and I stayed for a couple of days and the location is great and so was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Situated in an excellent area but wouldn’t recommend as very tired and dated. Ok for a business trip but wouldn’t recommend if going with a friend or family.
