The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very complete and tasty. The staff was very accommodating (we asked for a second desk chair and it was delivered quickly). We got a family room with an internal spiral staircase to an upper room. The configuration is perfect for families traveling with teens who "need their space" but parents still want them close-ish to make sure they wake up on time. The suspended staircase wasn't the most stable, but we managed. Great location close to shopping (and DIY laundry! - no service in the hotel) and many of the main sites.

The property was amazing! Very modern and funky decor, super clean, and right in the center of town. Great double rooms for families. Excellent and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

The property is located in a super nice area in Brussels. Many restaurants are withing walking distance, as well as shops. The staff was very friendly and we were greatly surprised by the breakfast. Plenty of options and delicious coffee. Perfect for business and/or family and friends!
