Great front desk stuff. That’s about it. Property is very very old. Dirty carpets. Mildew in the bathroom. Door was open to the roof on the 4th floor most of the time. If you have kids be careful because there is no railings.

Wonderful hotel with great location ! I couldn’t even dream to stay right in the center of Brussels and see the Grand Place from my window. Clean and comfortable , amazing staff who knows you by name . You feel like you are the part of their family . Hearty tasty breakfast was a great plus. I really recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there next time I am in Brussels!!!!

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed here for two nights in November. We loved it. We felt like we were staying with family. They took care of us. We had a grand place view room which was divine. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean also. Even though our window overlooked the square, the insulated doors cut the noise down considerably. I would stay here again without hesitation.
