Swissotel Sydney

This property was very centrally located. The staff, especially, Phurba, were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast on site is well worth it. There was a very vast spread with fresh pastries, egg station, fresh juice, and lots of options. The breakfast was our kids most memorable part of the property. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the rooms were dated. Also the room could have been cleaner with stains on the sheets and couch.

Great hotel with an excellent location, very easy for a family trip

Everything about Hotel 1st class. Can recommend also to families. Beds great, buffet brekkie great. Staff great nothing a problem. Very central to everything with light rail close by. Great prices & rooms larger than normal with great large bathroom & deep bath.

Great for a family staycation!

We stayed here as a family of 4 for NYE. Concierge greeting was prompt with the staff swiftly helping us unload our luggage and valet parked our car while we were directed up to level 8 to reception for our fuss-free checkin. Buffet breakfast was good. All staff that we encounted at the Swissotel were kind, friendly & helpful. Great service. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This was beautiful and couldn’t be faulted. From check in to check out and anything in between, we had a fabulous stay. We were a family of 5 and didn’t feel cramped or uncomfortable. Even had a proper cot for our baby.

It took until approximately 8.15pm for the cot i requested to be brought to my room meaning i could not put my toddler to bed until very late. While waiting for the cot, my toddler tried to climb onto one of the beds in the room but the bed wheels were not locked into position and the bed slid away as she tried to climb on and she fell and hit her mouth on the side table, breaking her top right tooth. Every time i called Swiss service i waited an extended period for anyone to answer. When checking out, no one was able to assist with our luggage. Coupled with the lack of dedicated pick up and drop off space in front of the hotel, this made check out quite stressful. I wish I had not stayed at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend treating ourselves became a stressful and upsetting experience.

Very convenient location. Perfect for family access to the heart of Sydney.

Stayed here while in Sydney on family holiday. The hotel was generally quite clean and very central to everything in Sydney. The bar is quite nice with many drinks options. We tried the breakfast on one morning... it was ok but wasn't fantastic... we probably had better breakfast in nice cafe at the QV building for cheaper price. Overall really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would certainly recommend it.

Close to everything and perfect for families.
