Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, an IHG Hotel

We visited the hotel for family vacations the service was excellent its very friendly and attentive employees especially Kuldeep and Susan were fantastic with us. The delicious food, the very comfortable rooms in general was fantastic. We'll be back

Our stay was fabulous. We chose this location due to its closeness to family obligations without realizing how close everything was. The transportation options were great. The staff went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The front desk answered our questions and helped us find everything. Roo. Service was delicious and fast. This establishment is top notch and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney!

Wonderful family weekend stay where the staff were fantastic, lots of thoughtful extras including gifts for the kids, chocolates, sunscreen by the pool, water refill stations and more. Breakfast was delightful and the make your own juice bar was a huge hit. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour. It was conveniently located close to public transport and an easy walk to Darling Harbour. The room was clean and a good size for our family of four. The breakfast every morning was yummy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool. There were lots of eating options and playground equipment at Darling Quarter. We really appreciated getting a late checkout so our grand children could have a swim in the morning we were leaving. Friendly staff. We were very impressed with the hotel.

When booking the hotel for our family staycation (2 adults, 2 children), I had requested our 2 rooms to be next door. I also rang the hotel to confirm, and when I was walking past the hotel during my lunch break, I also spoke to the staff member at reception. At check in, I was disappointed to be told our 2 rooms were not next door. I could pay an extra $130 per night to get a junior suite, which annoyed me as this was never given as an option when I contacted the hotel leading up to the stay. We only packed one of everything, which meant we went in and out of our rooms at various times of the day, disturbing the 2 rooms between us but the kids enjoyed the bustle of going in and out between the rooms! We included the hotel breakfast so it was an easy start to each day- highly recommended. We had access to the buffet as well as ordering one hot meal from the menu. We ate all our other meals out as there are some great options around the city, all within walking distance- Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Quarter, Barangaroo, Circular Quay. The pool on Level 9 was amazing. Not a lot of deck chairs but who cares when you're in the pool! The hotel stay was worth it for pool access but be warned, it's not very heated. Rooms were clean and modern, and housekeeping was efficient. I loved the greener planet options with the amenities in the bathroom. Despite the issue with the room, the location and amenities were excellent and we would gladly return.

Excellent hotel nice and central to able to walk around, staff were lovely and so great with the kids will definitely stay here again!
