Excellent customer service, panoramic views, spacious room & cleanliness everyday. Breakfast was sensational, plenty to choose for all dietary requirements & ability to place orders for chefs to make to your specific needs. Convenient , walkable to all attractions, restaurants, transport facilities & shopping outlets. Staff were very accommodating on your departure in storing your luggage in storage. Great selection of amenities, restaurants & etc. at premises to make your stay even better. Great place for some time out and would highly recommend it to everyone for family, friends and business trips.

it's convenient for shopping and dining and walk around. the room has fantastic harbour view. But the service was unsatisfying. My room was booked including a child but there was no bed set up. the most terrible thing was that the hotel took extra money from my credit card for something else I didn't use, despite that we declared what to pay for at checking out . so it's worth to check the credit card after stay!!

The location is good, right in front of darling harbor and i saw fireworks right at my level 12 window. A concierge named Gary was exceptionally helpful. I requested for 2 free koala bear toy gift for kids and none of the staff helped me except for him. The hotel room is rather old but functional and clean.

3 night stay as part of longer trip around Australia and New Zealand. Nice hotel on inner Sydney Harbor next to Sea Aquarium. We had nice room with balcony and view of inner harbor, but if you are looking for view of Harbor Bridge or Opera House, you will not get it here. Lobby was nice, but was a bit of a walk to downtown or from any of the sites other than the Aquarium. We felt room was bit dated and in need of upgrade. We stayed at Hyatt in Paris in fall 2022 and my family agreed while this Hyatt is nice, it was also probably the bottom tier hotel room we stayed at on our extended trip, which was disappointing. That said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Checked us in early and helped us get taxi when we had very early flight out of Sydney on Sunday morning.

Whilst everything was perfection. We stayed there 3 nights and on New Year’s Eve the blind shutter fell down and my kids who are babies were up all night crying coz of the bright lights and fireworks. After spending 3500 I would have appreciated a credit given I couldn’t even enjoy the room on the last night and someone could have gotten hurt.

We stayed here 5 year ago and was so impressed by the cleanliness that we returned only a few days ago and what a transformation in cleanliness. The worst I’ve experienced to be honest and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. We found the floors had not been vacuumed , a dirty big Band-Aid under the bedside table, architraves falling off around the bathroom door, no warm bedding just a slim doona/quilt , faecal matter wiped all over the end of a toilet roll, a gas odour in the hallways that we asked to be moved away from due to my child being an asthmatic , pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, missing items in the mini bar on arrival. And we checked out with no other costs but once we arrived home, we’ve been charged for items that the hotel cannot explain and so now we are waiting on refunds. I doubt we will see the unlawful transactions refunded to be honest. When we visited ( year ago, you smelt the freshness and beautiful scents throughout the reception, hallways and rooms but this time it smelt stale, old and un- inviting We won’t be returning (a group of 5) Reception were friendly and breakfast was plentiful but the room cleanliness needs a major overhaul
