YHES Hotel Sydney QVB is my go to City Hotel for its excellent location within walking distance to EVERYTHING! And public transport just 2 mins away. It is always clean, comfortable and welcoming and offers good prices and services. There is a lounge on the first floor with tea, coffee, microwave and filtered water and a big dining table if you need some space to catch up with friends or family. Highly recommend.

Separate rooms with a lounge in middle which is great for sharing with someone but private. Signature family suite. The tiles in bathroom were cracked and shower screen replaced by clean makeshift curtain. More aesthetics but there were tiles misplaced that could cut someone’s hands so need attending to.

This property was in a great location and our double room was perfect for our family. There was construction that started at 10pm every night but I suppose that cannot be helped. Also, the WIFI was weak and my phone would not even pick it up as an option. It was great that they kept our luggage for us since our flight did not leave till 8:00pm.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Am still waiting for a partial refund as we had to leave NSW early due to a family emergency. I advised the Hotel as soon as I got the call and was told to pay the full amount by the concierge and that they would then be able to refund! We payed for 5 nights and were only able to stay 2! Neither the Hotel or Expdedia refunded any of the unused stay and didn't even offer a credit! INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING. Will never book this hotel or use Expedia. Both happy to take your money and lie to you!

This hotel is very small, but perfectly located. There is a small fridge in the room but you can also have access to a common room where there is a good coffee machine, and where you may even use a microwave.( We did see a family having lunch at its long table). It s really the location that makes it awesome! You can walk everywhere, there are a ton of restaurants around, and the pick ups for many day trips are close by.

When they said compact, they werent kidding. Only use the compact room if you are alone. Nice location. Great price!
