Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your review: First-Time Visit: A Mixed Experience Our first visit to this establishment was to celebrate our son’s birthday with our granddaughter. Overall, we had a positive experience, but there were a few hiccups. The Good: The ambiance and service were excellent. Our family enjoyed the occasion. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, two out of the three rooms we occupied had requested a roller bed each did not arrive as promised for our grandchildren. Despite being told that we wouldn’t need to pay extra for the third person in the room, the staff an additional $115. The sofa, which we attempted to use as a makeshift bed for our grandkids, was incredibly uncomfortable—almost like sleeping on a slab of concrete. In the end, all three of us squeezed into the king-sized bed, which was far from ideal.

Service was below average for a 5 star hotel. Called room service for a bowl to feed my child and they charged $8 for the privilege and took 30 minutes to arrive
