When checking in, we were originally put in the wrong room. We were put in an executive suite when we booked the junior suite with a city view room (difference in price). The staff were very accommodating to switch us to the proper room we paid for however the room fell short in my opinion for the almost $800 price. Honestly I was just very disappointed in the look of the room for the price. The view wasnt great of the city, the automatic blinds didnt work, the mini bar wasnt stocked, the bed was slopping and we had to rotate it to have a good nights sleep and it just felt a bit dated in the bathroom. We spend a night at the Wildlife Retreat Hotel for half the price and that was definitely more bang for your buck. I was more impressed with the cheaper hotel then the Hilton.

The hotel is perfectly situated for us as a family to get around and do all the sightseeing and shopping that we wanted. However we picked this hotel for all of the above and the fact it had a pool. However the pool isn't part of the hotel and is run by Fitness First. Given this the pool and leisure area is nowhere near the standard of the hotel. The pool area, gym and changing areas are old and very tired. It boasts two steam and sauna rooms, however 2 out of the 4 are broken, shower taps are broken off. Its also full of gym members who clearly don't want families from the hotel down in their space. Knowing what I know now about the pool I would not have booked this hotel.
