I was greeted at reception by what felt like family. My room was immaculate and spotless. The only thing I missed was a cookie to have with the lovely selection of teas.

Loved the hotel and location. Super cool look and feel and really easy to get into the CBD, we walked but rail options and ferry close as well. The other way in Pyrmont had great restaurant and pub choices. We did have an issue with our heat coming on in our room the first night, couldn't turn it off in the room and had to go to the front desk. They got it off but couldn't get it working properly the next day so moved us. Gave us a junior suite, so no complaints there.
