Aiden by Best Western @ Darling Harbour

We liked that this was a boutique hotel and centrally located with no kids. We also liked that this property had clean and modern facilities with refillable still or sparkling was at every floor. Nice comfortable and soft slippers and bathrobes supplied also coffee pods and machine supplied. Pump bottle bathroom amenities and a new Dyson hairdryer. Bathroom is a good size too. Better to pick rooms with balcony, all on the 6th floor. Probably choose room 602 next time. Information book mentioned that we get cookie’s daily, which was not true. If you asked for extra tea bags, they are only allowed to give 2 and not anymore. Tea bags not strong enough and needed 2 bags per cup. Also our milk, coffee and tea not refilled/supplied one of the days. What we didn’t like was that rooms are small and difficulty getting into bed, tv was on the side wall of bed and was hard to manoeuvre for watching and then returning back to wall. Fridge was small and really hot to touch on the outside, inside was not very cold. Thank you.
