This beautifully decorated condo at Regency Towers Resort is perfect for your family or group. With 540 feet of sugar white beach and emerald green waters, Regency Towers is located directly on the beach at the east end of Thomas Drive. The resort has two beautiful, huge, beachside pools (one heated seasonally) plus a large kiddie wading pool, corn hole, exercise rooms and more. My condo is one of the largest 3 bedrooms on the beach with 1350 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor at Regency Towers in the east tower. Here you will experience a wonderful family vacation with tons of sun, beach, and fun.

My deluxe three bedroom condo has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with flat screen smart TV with basic cable and DVD player; it will be easy to relax after a fun-filled day on the beach. With a well-equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining.

The balcony, with beautiful views of the beach, is tiled; the upper half is glassed in and the lower half consists of sliding glass doors that can be closed to make a cozy sunroom during cooler weather and a ceiling fan. It opens to both the living room and master bedroom. I pride myself on keeping our condo updated and fresh.

The unit can sleep up to 7-9 adult guests comfortably.

In addition, there is a Pack 'n' Play in the Master closet, along with a feeding chair to attach to a dining room chair.

Each bedroom has a smart TV with basic service and two have DVD players. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With two full bathrooms; there is plenty of room for your whole family. There is complex-wide WiFi.

The condo is located near smaller condos and houses so you have more of the beach to yourself, but it’s also located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and parks. There is a seasonal snack shop by the pools with food and drinks (alcoholic and non) and plenty of chairs around the pools. There are also chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach (early March to late October).

I will start you off with a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. There is a store with groceries and general merchandise and a liquor store right across the street from the complex. Larger grocery stores and Walmart are a short drive away.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Renters age 21-25 are considered, with additional rental charge and deposit as well as damage insurance. If you are under 26, DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING. Instead, get in touch with the owner for consideration of your request.

The resort requires a $20 total registration fee for each unit upon arrival -- per reservation, NOT per person or per vehicle. (This is not included in the quote). You are not charged a damage fee up front. VRBO will keep your card on file in the unlikely event any damages may occur.

We welcome you to come and enjoy our recently updated and remodeled unit on the 8th floor at the fabulous Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay.

This renovated unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed with its own flat screen tv perfect for adults, teens, or younger children. The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach, no obstructions here. This unit features plank and tile flooring with fun soothing colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh salt air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the unit SaltAir.

Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to; there’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there are kids club activities during the summer months; a full- service salon and spa; a fitness center the size of a local gym ($5 fee paid directly to the facility); 125 seat movie theater; arcade & game room; a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 20 minutes from the airport.

Our spacious condo is beautifully furnished in a modern setting and each of the three bedrooms has it's own private bathroom. There are two king beds, and two double beds. Each of the bedrooms has a 40" HDTV and BluRay player and in addition to the 65" HDTV and BluRay Player in the living room. You’ll enjoy the luxury of having a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for any kind of cooking and plenty of dishes and silverware. For the internet fan, there is free highspeed wireless internet access. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

The living room opens directly to the lagoon pool and it is a short stroll across the pool to the Gulf and is perfect for keeping an eye on kids and/or a quick, hassle-free dip in the pool or Gulf with the beach chairs, table and umbrella and two bicyclers are INCLUDED in the rental rate. There is shopping and dining right across the street from the resort and the quaint shops of Rosemary Beach are only a block away.
