Amazing stay at Spring Hill suites! The rooms were great for the kid, food was delicious at the restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious! Check in was a breeze! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will be back next time!

A few things to point out regarding my stay. Mind you, I travel a lot & read many reviews. Some of these things will reiterate what I read prior to staying. The pros: This is a big & very active hotel for families. It is right on a beautiful white sand beach with full access and the amenities are nice. This is really what you pay for at this hotel. Staff for the most part were friendly. Beds & pillows were comfy. The free breakfast is decent, but SO busy. From a cleanliness standpoint, they do not have enough staff tending to wiping down tables or making sure spilled items are cleaned up. It was kind of a mess both days of my stay. I would have been satisfied with the breakfast items, if the cleanliness factor would have been better. The cons: The elevators are slow & have a hard time keeping up with the large volume of guests. Many people were pretty irritated, so if you decide to stay here, be prepared to have patience with waiting for the elevator to arrive. Second thing, if you are booking through Expedia or Hotels.com, the rooms that state "View", are not of the ocean. Rooms on the 5th floor have an awful "View" of pipes and the top of a roof area which is dirty and gross so you can't open the drapes at all to let light in. I stayed in room 514. If you want to open the drapes and see something appealing, talk with the front desk and be sure you don't get a dungeon room. The air conditioner leaked and the carpet was wet. Other rooms may be nicer on ocean side.

Loved the fact that it was beachfront and family friendly!

Very good hotel for families , close to the main attractions. We hace stayed 2 times already and we love it. We love the marriott chain hotels around the world and this is a nice spot.

This property was fantastic for my family’s first trip to Panama Beach Florida. The staff was amazing and the general manager was the one to check us into our hotel room. The full complimentary breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean. The beach access was excellent and the pool was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel for your next visit.

Beautiful grounds, easy access to beach, pier, and stores nearby. Room was very clean, quiet, and the views are incredible. My grandchildren loved the lazy river pool (so did I!). We will be back!

Great area for family fun

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly, and it’s beautifully decorated and maintained. Great selection for breakfast, and my kids loved the pool. It was very affordable, and my family will definitely be back!

My daughter and I made a last minute trip when our planned family vacation was cancelled due to airline cancellations. We arrived a couple hours before check in (forgot about the time difference) and we were invited to check our bags and enjoy the beach and pool. Room was ready about 30 minutes after official check in time due to the holiday rush. Conditioner was out in the room, but they quickly brought a replacement up to us. Beds were Marriott comfy, food & drink options on property were great. Great breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I would not give the hotel a 10/10 is because of the elevators. The wait is long and they skip over floors. They really need 3 more elevators at the other end of the hotel to accommodate all the guests. We spent a good time waiting since we were on the 10th floor. It did not spoil our trip. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful July 4th fireworks show!
