I did not like the staff at the desk. I arrived from driving four hours with a toddler and the desk was rude. It was three ladies talking, im 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes early to check in and was turned around to wait 45 minutes. I would understand if it was hours early but 45 minutes. The toddler was irritated and agitated from the ride and we had to sit and wait. I've never ran across this problem with the Hilton brand before. Sad to say, this ruined my perspective of the brand. And to top it off, at the actual check in, the clerk yelled saying that she almost canceled my reservations because the pre payment was not successful that they attempted to run that morning. As I explained to her that my card stays locked, she said it didn't matter. Policy was Policy. So, no, not a good experience.

Just a quick one night stay for the family. Great experience and easy location to find.

The staff was friendly, kind & professional. The hotel was clean and spacious & the pool was the best I've seen in a long time. My only agitation was how thin the walls are. Above me, beside me & under me... an entire herd of elephants. I could hear kids voices as they jumped on beds and acted like the choldren they were. However, Children don't weigh 5 tons but thats exactly what the thinderous sounds from their tiny cushioned feet sound like from next door. My suggestion is bring Zquill and earplugs. On the bright side, kids quiet down and after 10pm - 11pm things were tranquil... untill bout 6am when those little noise making bundles of joy wake up. Still, better than the party crowd that are up till dawn.

Terrible customer experience. Lady at front desk rude and condescending. We are a family of 4 with 2 and 4 yr old, room was large enough for us. Find somewhere with a better staff. Felt like they were doing us a favor letting us stay here.

Group of baseball little boy players rented half of the hotel. Was loud for three nights . Kids running g down the halls banging all night on my ceiling no security no one would tell the pre t to watch their kids and stay in their rooms. Was miserable . For the price not worth it. I will not stay there again or any hotel that doesn’t have security

The moment I met the gentleman at the desk for check in, I knew my family would enjoy our short stay. Will definitely return.

Quick trip to the beach, last minute booking. Hotel was amazing, room close to elevator, comfortably sleeps 6, 2 adults with kids. Pool was nice.

The whole staff was very friendly! Great customer service skills! My next trip back to Panama, Home2 Suites will definitely be me and my family place to stay!

Perfect all the way around. Check in seamless, room was very clean, staff was friendly, great morning breakfast. This is the best hotel option, especially for families with pets. Very safe!
