It comfortably sleeps up to 6. There is a king sized bed in the Master suite, and one queen in the guest suite. There is a day bed with trundle in the upstairs loft that allows you to sleep 2 teenagers comfortably up there. Welcome to Edgewater, your Perfect Place in Panama City Beach, FL!

This stunning top (12th) floor Penthouse offers mesmerizing views of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Lagoon Pool from the spacious main floor balcony and the massive rooftop balcony!

The kitchen comes well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining room, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and we have more seating at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room. The views are endless!

This condo comes with a maximum of 2 parking passes. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
