Very comfy beds! We had a great sleep. The hot breakfast was amazing: sausages, omelet, boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, toast and cereal! Our family was able to fuel up for a long journey ahead. Beds were comfy but the mattress on the sofabed was old, dirty and stained! Didn’t get a chance to experience the pool due to time constraints.

It was interesting…the hotel had an aroma that I had to play off to my kids. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and weed. Yes it’s inexpensive but when the kids wake up to sounds of carnal enjoyment from other rooms it’s time to go elsewhere, so we left much earlier than planned.

We came for the weekend to celebrate a family 50th wedding anniversary. FIRST SURPRISE...This hotel has NO elevator! When the clerk first issued us a room on the 2nd floor, I immediately requested a 1st floor room due to the amount of items we wanted to bring into our room. SECOND SURPRISE....This hotel has NO ammenity or place to unpack your cloths.(so I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're planning more than a few days) because you will have to live out of your suitcase. We used the iron board to place our soft bags on. Kudos to my partner for that invention. THIRD SURPRISE room was musty and smells of a once used smoking room. The hotel is no smoking" but at one time(being a former smoker,) it allowed smoking I can tell. If you want ice? (No more surprises) their one and only ice machine worked very hard to spit out a half of bucket of ice before giving up and providing nothing else. On our intended last day (Sunday 10-1-23) we went to have their complementary breakfast and started pouring coffee which looked very strange, (mud like) other guests walked in and said the same thing."there's something wrong with this coffee". I walked over to the front desk and told the clerk on duty (later finding out his name is Milan) that something is wrong. He seemed in an extreme hurry and frustrated and said " In one minute someone will come on duty and help you" he then left. Meanwhile others walked in and out of the room. No coffe...

By all the photos and reviews, I expected a very pleasant stay in a really nice hotel. What I experienced, wasn’t quite that. Upon first arriving, the hotel had a very musty smell. Almost like stale cigarette smoke. As a mom traveling alone with a young child, I was disappointed there was no elevator. Carting several pieces of luggage up and down the stairs was exhausting and time consuming, so right off the bat, the lack of an elevator would prevent me from staying here again. Upon waking up the next morning and trying to utilize the free breakfast… let’s just say, that was probably the worst part of my stay. The breakfast was poorly stocked with still an hour to go before breakfast ended. There were no eggs. The sausage links were cold. No milk for the cereal, so I had to go up to my room and get my own milk to try to make oatmeal that ended up melting the styrofoam bowl in the microwave. It just was very sorely lacking, and low quality food. Finally, the indoor “heated” pool. Seriously, this should be false advertising. I don’t know if the pool is actually heated and wasn’t working but when we tried it out the water was cold to the touch. There was some type of a room heater plugged in to the wall, and I’m not certain if that’s what they call a heated pool, but it definitely wasn’t heated. The only positive reviews I have are the friendliness of the staff. The actual room wasn’t terrible, either. Beds are comfy. Overall, for the price, you can do better.

The room was clean and staff friendly, breakfast was delicious. The pool was tiny nice for children not so much for adults. . We did not ask for a disability room , however, my partner has a prosthetic leg and when requested last minute for a room on 1st floor they immediately accomodated us.Overall a very pleasant stay and we would stay there again.
