Staybridge Suites Milwaukee Airport South, an IHG Hotel

The pool room was so hot it was making us all feel ill and tired. I did tell the staff they should be comcerned cause it could kill someone as it was hot enough to cause heat stroke and/or induce seizures in people with seizures cause it was so hot. It was hard to breathe even. My kids and i were disappointed because the main reason we stopped in was because she taught herself to swim in that very pool a few years back durong covid when we stayed for a very extended time. She wanted to show her new baby brother and enjoy some time with him there but none of us could handle it. It was so hot i couldnt even sit in the hot tub as i was instantly dizzy from the excess heat.

Conditions were ok but too many screaming kids running around through the halls at all hours of the night unsupervised by parents.

The employees were very kind and helpful and cheerful! Attentive to cleanliness and making sure food stations were full for breakfast. My kids say they want to come here for all of our mini getaways 😃

The hotel room was disappointing. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The bathtub did not drain well . The walls had many holes and dirt spots on them. The air exchange cover was thickly coated in dust. The bed smelled musky. The worst part was the noise. Kids running screaming jumping until 1230 at night. I called the front desk to get a room change. They were aware of the kids. They said they were trying to locate the parents. They were not able to give me a room change because the hotel was booked up . I will never stay again.

The beds were very comfortable. It's nice that they have a pool and a whirlpool. We like the full-sized fridge and microwave. We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom room. It was very roomy, great for families.

The staff of this hotel are phenomenal… We came to see a critically ill family member who was at St Luke’s Hospital and this hotel and staff was a godsend to us. Stevie, Shawn, Miranda were so friendly, thoughtful and so helpful. It is a great location and has plenty of areas to walk pups if you bring along. It is super clean, comfortable beds. I cannot say enough savory this hotel and staff.

We were in town to celebrate a family member's milestone birthday. We chose to stay at this hotel so the kids could swim, and our local families could join us there. We had two 2-bedroom, 2-bath suites. We appreciated the privacy these offered. They were clean, and the common area with kitchen was spacious enough for small gatherings. The day we arrived, the hotel had a complimentary Happy Hour with free wine, beer, and hors d'oeurves. The free breakfast was tasty, and had a number of menu items. They also kept the hot foods stocked until the end of the service, so any latecomers didn't just get the dregs. The pool area was clean and we often had it to ourselves. We used the gazebo for outdoor cocktails and used to outdoor grill to prepare dinner one night. We used the library and lounge areas for dinner and family games. Every area was clean and welcoming. There was another group staying there for a wedding, but we never encountered any noise or disturbance. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. We saw the same people every day, and we know they were working extra shifts to keep things running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The late check out was very helpful along with the hot breakfast with all the kids. That was just great we didn’t have to pay to stay until our flight so we were very grateful.

Went on a family vacation so we booked our room online when we arrived and checked in the room was nothing like the pictures showed. Asked the front desk about the room we had booked and I was rudely told that we could not be moved to a room that was pictured. Room was decent and breakfast lady and two sons were very nice but front desk was very rude. So we paid for a room but got a lesser room
