Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mt. Pleasant-Racine West, WI

Great stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. We were visiting family who lived close by and were able to take advantage of the hot tub and pool which kept our grandchildren entertained. Will definitely stay again next time we come to WI.

The check in process was great! The front desk clerk was amazing. The amount of unattented kids running around the lobby and halls being loud and disrespectful however, was very disappointing. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub...the water was hardly warm and thats unfortunate because that jetted tub is the only reason we came there! The pillows need replacing because they are so flat! Other then that the room was clean and it was at least nice and quiet up in our room!

We have stayed here several times but this particular time we stayed coincided with a very large soccer tournament. The hotel was flooded with young kids who had absolutely no manners whatsoever. They ran around the hotel playing hide and seek. They jumped from the pool to the hot tub and back to the pool without any regard to other people - all while their parents drank from chairs in the corner. And they swarmed the breakfast area (in bathing suits) causing them to run out of food. The hotel should be ashamed to have let all this happen without any regulation. It makes me question whether we should continue making this our regular stop for the 4/5 times a year when we are in the area.

Checking in for our stay was very easy. I was surprised the deposit was only $25. I expressed to the gentleman who checked us in I was very excited because we were there to swim and enjoy the hot tub. ( Just a small night away from home for our anniversary) Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. We unloaded our things, changed, grabbed drinks and headed down to the pool area. For about 30 mins we enjoyed the hot tub and pool before about 20 children came flying in like a hurricane.. Every inch of the pool/hot tub had a kid climbing out and diving back in. Ok? If there was a school of children staying here, why couldn't the front desk warn us? We headed back to our room where we could not got back in the pool for 4 hours. Finally grabbing our plastic cups and heading back to the pool the gentleman working the front desk stopped us and said no drinks in the pool area. Then proceeded to kick other adults out for drinks Pepsi from the vending machine. I understand glass or if people are causing issues but soda and plastic cups?? Also why wasn't anything done about the children breaking the no diving rules or only so many in pool and or hot tub at a time? Breakfast was good the next morning but still couldn't swim because the heard of children were back. Hotel was good but with our experience we would never stay here again.

I think the carpets could be cleaned and the room smelled funny until we opened the window. Other than that, the employees and breakfast was good. Oh the pillows were awful and flat. Need new pillows! The other thing is there were abt 25 kids in the pool and hot tub area and there were not enough adults monitoring them. It was an awful experience trying to enjoy the hot tub.

Pulled in late with hungry young kids. Front desk got us a couple oatmeal packets for bedtime snack.

The pool area was a great spot for kids to enjoy and the breakfast was delicious!

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but good and kept fresh by staff on duty. Will stayvhere again when visiting family in the area.
