Delta Hotel by Marriott Racine

Nice place, had a restaurant and bar, had an indoor pool (no jacuzzi) which we used, and was convenient to our family activities.

When you walk in the greeting and we had traveled from Nashville to Wisconsin for our family funeral and had drove all through the night and was able to get to our room and relax or bodies. Front desk guy was wonderful when we arrived at 6:30 am.

My kids love it be back soon ☺️

We actually live in Racine, just booked a hotel room for the day to take the kids swimming and have a pizza party in the room. But the pool literally looks abandoned! It wasn’t even filled up all the way, filters weren’t working, the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see two feet in front of you, ceiling leaking, tables were dirty. Kind of a bummer since that was the only reason we came to the hotel. Needless to say we didn’t swim long and basically watched a movie in the room had our pizza party then went home.

Our bathtub wouldn't drain and we had to go through moving to another room which was a hassle. The maintenance guy was real diligent in trying to clear the drain. The pool area smelled like urine and the water was very cloudy. It was very busy and noisy with kids, though.

Like was pool...but 15 unauthorized kids were l oud and unruly. Restaurant floor and area sucked 👎 bad !

I paid full price but had no amenities. Fitness center was closed and there is no breakfast. I think they should be lowering their price if I can’t get the amenities that I’m paying for. Although I had a family event I needed a late check out and they did accommodate me with my late check out. overall stay was good just don’t feel like I should’ve paid for things that I didn’t get. And there also was no coffee maker in the room which was very odd

We travel to Racine several times a year since relocating from there to visit family. We have always stayed at Delta when in town. This visit was not great. It started at check-in when the front desk person tried to double charge me for the pre-paid reservation. I had to pull up my receipts and my credit card app to "prove" I had already paid for my room. She then proceeded to give me the pool and fitness center hours without telling me that the pool had no water in it and wouldn't for our entire stay. We were there for 3 nights, and when they didn't replenish our room with cups, coffee, or clean towels after our 1st night, I called down and requested that they at least bring coffee and empty our trash. At 2:00pm the next day, they still hadn't replenished our room or emptied our trash, so I walked down to the front desk and asked if it could PLEASE be done, and the clerk pretty much rolled her eyes and asked if I was sure that I requested the replenishment service specifically enough. I wasn't aware that was necessary, but I think my call to the front desk should have been sufficient. She also said the person doing the 4th floor had many rooms and just must not have had time to get to ours in 2 days. We will be returning to Racine in June, but my husband suggested we explore other options for places to stay since this stay was so disappointing.
