Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Airport

Took an overnight trip to Milwaukee with the family to spend the day at the beach. Stayed at this hotel which was a short drive from the beach we wanted to visit. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Very clean, everything worked as it should. Linens were. There was bag with extra sheets and blanket for the pullout bed in the couch. My only little tiny complaint is we booked the king suite and to me it felt kinda small for a king suite however I can't complain much because at check in the price was $20 more than I expected because they place a hold for incidentals. I did not plan on that charge and my card had been declined. The hostess at the counter was amazing and worked with me to get everything taken care of. Also, I did not use the service but there were shuttles readily available for shuttling to send from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area. Wife and kids felt they had the best breakfast of all the hotels we've stayed at.

Good for family

When we arrived, we were informed the hot tub wasn't working. It would have been nice to have that on the website so I was aware before I booked. The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was some white substance (I hope it was yogurt) in the side of the TV. The remote for the TV was infuriating. The buttons stuck and it was impossible to navigate. Luckily there was a mobile remote option, but if you were in the middle of a movie, and you needed to go off the page on the phone, you had to rescan the QR code... So I had to attempt to use the remote to get to that page. We were not in the room much, thankfully. The ice machine on the first floor was also busted. I told the front desk. They were aware but there was no sign on it. No sign when I left either.bi just went to the one on the second floor. The first floor was always wet due to the pool but that is expected because of kids. That is fine. There was signage. Speaking of the pool, when I arrived, I popped in at about 2pm to see the what the pool looked like. There was a large family there so I decided to come back at 9:30 for a quick soak in the broken hot tub before bed. The heat was still working on it. The pool area was covered in dirty pool towels and garbage. I figured the pool would be checked on quickly between 2-9:30pm. I guess not. For breakfast, the bagels were hard but otherwise it was fine for a hotel breakfast. The beds were clean and ok. The staff is really nice but I won't be returning

Great experience at this hotel. Friendly front desk. Kids loved the pool. The in-pool lighting didn't seem to work the two times we used it, so the water was a bit dark, but kids didn't care. That minor thing would be the only thing remotely "off" with the stay and that would be nitpicking. The room was very comfortable. The TVs were able to access our Netflix accounts so that was a major plus for our kids. Breakfast was a great surprise. The ample options were delicious. The usual coffee, cereal, toast/bagels and fruit were accompanied by scrambled eggs, sausage links, turkey sausage patties, waffles and breakfast sandwiches you could pop in the microwave. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would definitely be back if passing through this area again!

The Fairfield Inn and Suites Milwaukee Airport is the best hotel we have stayed in along time. We visit family for a week at a time and have stayed in just about every hotel in Oak Creek. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only complaints....the pillows were very flat and linens were not replaced at regular times.

We enjoyed our stay so much earlier in the month, that we booked another stay. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options and they set out free treats at night. My kids loved the rice Krispie bars. If we have another dance comp in the area, we will definitely be staying again.
