Tooms were clean and good size but we could hear the kids upstairs running back and forth and every time someone went in and out of their room. It was a noisy place to stay before taking an early morning flight

We stayed here one night because we had a 5 am flight and were hoping to get some extra sleep and have a short drive to the airport being right across the street. However when we went to bed the people above us got into their room and you could hear every step they took and my 8 year old daughter thought they had brought a baby rhino with them because it sounded like a stampede above us. Needless to say we did not sleep well. On the plus side the pool was nice and customer service was good.

We came as a family with 3 little boys to spend 1 night, but unfortunately the experience was not great as the room was smelling cigarettes when we get to the room and again multiple times during the night. I called the reception and he told me that he is aware about this but not sure how to solve this or smoke coming from where and he can not offer another room due to unavailability. He was aware that I have kids and do not to get them exposed but offered no solution. We find also some cereal/band aid on the ground of the room. Otherwise breakfast is very good and we did not explore other prospective due to short stay.

My hotel of choice when I visit my kids in the Milwaukee area. Easy to get around, close to the airport. Still a little worn around the edges, but a great breakfast and comfy room are the real selling points.

Plenty of room for a family of 5 to be comfortable for a 1 night stay. Would recommend and stay again in the future. Shuttle driver was great and ready to take us to the airport at 5am.

We have stayed here several times. The rates are good, the location is close to family, the breakfast is great, and the staff are lovely and friendly. What else could you ask for?

Hair dryer was broken. Called front desk for help. Spoke with Dean. He recommended I plug it into another socket or reset. Explained this was already done. He simply says sorry he couldn’t help. Tried several times to get him to help find a solution but he was unwilling. Nothing he could do. Please check recording if available. He was pretty rude and hung up at the end. Can’t believe this guy works in hospitality. When leaving the hotel, waiting in the lobby for a family member, and had to listen to him and a coworker bad mouth working there and other team members. Very unprofessional. I’d recommend future travelers choose another hotel when in the area.

My trip consisted of me picking up my grandchild. The hotel itself was in great condition and nice had all the comforts of home. Upon arriving and checking in they had a problem with getting the key to work. Once I get that to work it was smooth sailing.
