Home2 Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Airport

To be perfectly honest, I like Homes to Suites by Hilton. Just from the hotel being part of the Hilton brand. Hilton has high standards, and that’s what attracts me and my family into staying with Hilton hotels. This being my second stay at this particular location, I was actually disappointed and disgusted this time around. My wife and I stayed here back in the summer about 5yrs ago to visit and have the pleasure of attending State Fair after flying in to Milwaukee from South Florida. It was an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, spacious with a kitchenette. Very nice and quiet as well with a few grills, pool, gym and firepit for guests to enjoy. So this time around, I didn’t hesitate to book a room again at the hotel while I came to visit my family. This visit, I arrived early before check in and was allowed to check into my room with no extra fees which was greatly appreciated. I got in my room, which look clean, warm and comfortable. I unpacked a few things and laid down and took a nap. When I awakened, I decided to shower and change before going out. While in the shower I noticed a tiny roach crawling on one of the glass shower doors. I threw water on it until it went down to shower drain. Every evening after, when I entered the room and turned the lights on, I found a roach crawling on something, or somewhere in the room. Nice room, location and service. However praying that you don’t take any roaches home in your belongings trumps all that.

We had a very large room which was perfect for our family of 5! We stayed one night and kept our car parked there while we took a trip. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Definitely recommend!

Excellent property. Staff is very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. They interacted well with my grandchildren also. The saltwater pool is great. Wonderful stay.

Very Clean, close to downtown and the airport, good parking, good breakfast. All around perfect for our family trip!

Always friendly service and clean and nicely appointed rooms. This location is conveniently located right near the airport. Also convenient to the lakefront and just a short ride to Summerfest or other downtown activities. The lobby/breakfast area is bright and cheerful and the fire pit is always lit in the seating area out front. A great place to gather with friends and family. We’ve stayed here several times - highly recommended.

Place is super clean. Front desk gave my kid a Rice Krispie treat soon as we walked in. Beds were extremely comfortable. Right down the street from the airport. Solid joint.

This is a great hotel and we will start to look for this brand more often now because of this stay. It was extremely clean and comfortable. They have full kitchens with a dish washer, plus a good free breakfast. Everyone was very friendly except the pool. They didn’t have the double bed and sleeper sofa we booked available and gave us such great accommodations to make up!! We were so thrilled with everything and will recommend to others that don’t need a pool. However, the pool was very disappointing and the manager of the pool was extremely rude. My husband and very young kids were kicked out because they had water bottles with them around 4:30pm. The next morning we went back to the pool (without water bottles). After being there for less than 10 minutes around 9:30am we were kicked out for cleaning and would he closed for 4 hours. We booked a hotel with a pool to use with our young kids and used it for a total of 20 minutes maybe. That was a bit frustrating for our trip.

I love this hotel, ive stayed here before. The only down fall is this time they filled in the hot tub. After a long day in a workshop the hot tub would had been nice. The pool has a nice ledge to sit on but the water was freezing. The kids loved it. As a person with Cold Urticaria i broke out from the temp. Definitely wasn't relaxing. Overall it was okay, id stay again.

This hotel stay was amazing I loved it, only Debbydown was pool was closed, my kids were upset but other than that clean great people great breakfast so super for next time 😊

Nice location. Good pool for the kids. Not too deep. Nice breakfast selection.
