Hampton Inn Milwaukee-Airport

Employees were so friendly and went out of your way to make sure I’ll love your needs were met and you had a great day. I was disappointed in the fact that I had two rooms with a jointing door. There was another family that extended their stay another night so they left them stay in those rooms. Therefore I did not get what I requested. There was no more rooms with a jointing door available.

They over booked their rooms and my family of 4 got one queen bed room. My children slept in the floor. I still paid over $200 for the room. I was told a room with one bed and a room with 2 beds cost the same… how? Their was no compensation at all for their mistake. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Prepaid my stay weeks ago. The front desk person was rude and gave our room away before we checked in at 4:00pm. They tried to offer smaller room but it would it would not work for our family. Stayed here many times before, never again.

We were disappointed with this hotel. Reviews said its was nice and clean and staff were nice. That is not true. The lady at the desk was nice. The older man at the desk was very dry and not personable. The younger man that works at night was outside smoking with guest or friends. I took my family to the pool and the young guy who was working at night had the doors propped open and you could smell the smoke. I had to tell him to close the door because the smoke is effecting my kids breathing. I needed more towels for our room, he told me to come downstairs and if he is not there use the phone downstairs to call him. The room was seemingly clean but floor was very sticky and sheets had to be replaced because they were not clean. I've stayed at Hampton Inns before and this is the first time that I've seen one in this condition. I was not happy and we felt uncomfortable. For 250.00 a night we should have had better.

Exceptional customer service. I accidently left my wedding ring in the room and Hyatt, the night clerk and van driver, retrieved it for me, assured me it would be safe in a locked room while I was gone. Hyatt had it ready for me upon my return. Based on the exceptional trust in your staff and service by them, (also Joe, desk clerk for check in) my family and I plan to continue using your hotel as well as tell others about our positive experience.
