Sleep Inn & Suites Airport

I was very amazed how excellent the staff was..The room was very comfy and quiet. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast was good changed every day. Location is good for us. Close to hwy and family. Noticed that this place must rent by the week, many us this hotel as permanent residence.

Very friendly and helpful concierge at check-in, hotel very clean and quiet, and the shuttle driver was great. Definitely will tell family and friends of your great accommodations. Thank you Sleep Inns.

Was pleasantly surprised at quality of hotel and reasonable price. Have family near by & would definitely use again. Only concern: there is an automatic $75 hold charge put on Cc in case damages. It is removed when cleared. So am waiting to see credit on Cc. Unusual practice and hope card not compromised. Have had that happen at hotels.com reservations before.

Loved our stay here. It's safe quite clean and food was a hot breakfast the pool and hot tub was great. staff was great. The receptionist was fabulous to us so yea I would recommend this place for either single stay or family stay. Thank u 😁

Pool area is so heavily chlorinated that your eyes burn the entire time you are in there. It is almost impossible to use the jets on the hot tub because it makes it worse. Room booked was not actually a suite with separate bedroom as made to believe on the website so ended up having to book and pay for another room for our daughter & her friend. The room provided connected directly to our room but when we went in it was filthy and had not been cleaned tho records say it was. Staff was in there cleaning the next morning but failed to finish as my sister came and was given that room and when she went into it it was filthy again. Not sure what that staff member was doing in there for hour plus. Hot water in the shower was also very low and Sunday morning almost didn't have enough to finish. Also, my teenagers could not relax and enjoy the pool area without one of us present. Sorry but my girls are big enough and I haven't had to sit and watch them at the pool in years (nor could i even at this pool since it was so horrible with the colorine.) This maybe be a possible but in all the years we have done travel sports we have never been forced to babysit our teenagers again....we will not be returning to this hotel. I felt my kids had more freedom when they are away at camp.

We ended our stay with family in Milwaukee with a night at the Sleep Inn to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. The service was excellent and the room was clean and quiet. We were able to schedule our free morning airport shuttle at check-in. When we went to the lobby to check out in the morning, our shuttle driver was waiting for us and they also had to-go bags available in case we wanted to take breakfast with us since it was so early. We were promptly dropped off at the airport in less than 10 minutes. They made the process very smooth and easy. We would definitely stay there again for the service and ease of getting to the airport.

I liked that the main door was locked after a certain time, it gave me a sense of security. I didn't like that I asked not to be put by children and there were children a few doors down the hall from me. I like kids but when I stay at a hotel it's usually for resting and sleeping and I enjoy it a little more quiet.
