Courtyard Milwaukee Airport

I enjoyed the hotel and the location, I just didn't enjoy the other guests. Our room was next to the elevator and we heard kids constantly running up and down the hallway. It appeared as if a travel ball team was staying there and had no interest in sightseeing around Milwaukee. Typically hotel parking lots aren't full. These people had a party in the courtyard making noise and made noise in the hallway. I had an early wakeup call to my next destination and could barely go to sleep from the noise. Also, there was no breakfast and the ice machine by my room didn't work. Also, our room wasn't cleaned after our first night.

Dustin and his team were excellent as usual. We had a need for a family that Dustin took care graciously for us and really made it so our stay was exceptional. We are thankful to him for his kindness and good management of the hotel and property as a whole.

We liked this hotel and plan on staying again. There were a few blemishes that show the age of the hotel, however. Pro: - Five minute drive to airport. - clean rooms and lobby - Decent food options around hotel. - Parking was included and simple - Staff was minimal but very polite and knowledgeable (evening and day shifts equally) - Pool is smaller but our kids loved it (15 person capacity but anything over 8 people would be uncomfortable). The pool area is easily accessible and enough seating considering it’s small size - Linens, towels, mattresses, and full-size toiletries were nicer than what I come to expect for this price point Cons - Areas like the pool show hotel’s otherwise beautiful refurbishments aren’t fully complete. Hot tub was tiled-over (using different color tiles). Black and brown residue around pool ladders, stairs, and edge tiling. - Our room’s HVAC system seemed old. Made odd noises regardless if heat or AC ran. Our room was very hot upon arrival and it took about 8 hours to cool enough to comfortable temperature.

We had a family wedding and the staff did great (trust me, I am related to these people and don't want to deal with them). They helped navigate all our questions for where to eat, when can we take the shuttle to the airport, can I get a late check out and they even let us host a Euchre tournament in the main sitting area one night. Very great team to take care of us. Thank you!

Didnt like the rate of room with no whirlpool access. Not notified of whirlpool being down. Rate of room was overpriced for having a bed, tv, and small fridge. Pool was pa ked with kids so no time to enjoy any amenities besides weight area.

My husband, my 3yr old daughter and I visited some friends for a baby shower. We decided not to make the drive back so we decided to stay overnight. Very impressed with our overall experience. Hotel and Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful. We are happy to know that should we need to stay overnight again, we know of this outstanding place.

Stayed a night to do some shopping at the Mayfair mall and visit with family. Located centrally to Mayfair and Bayshore.
