I stayed here while visiting a family member in the VA hospital. Sheila (front desk) was simply the BEST! The hotel was super accommodating with all requests. Highly recommend!

I chose this property because of the location to great family ballpark. It was very walkable and easy. The facilities were phenomenal, and I truly appreciated the walk-in showers.

I like that the property was a newly built facility and/or renovations looked very nice. Upon arrive at 1:30 which I called in advance to checkin early and was given the ok my room was not ready. Front desk very Uninviting and actually seem to be very down or sad. My expectations of a hotel is To be a bit more welcoming than this visit. I was told that the room would be ready at 1:30 we arrived at 1:30 and then the front desk that confirmed I could do an early check-in stated that I needed to Wait since the room was not clean yet which was not a problem at all she indicated 20 minutes. I waited over an hour with three of children and a two-year-old that desperately needed a nap so it was quite a battle. Once I finally got the room the extra comforter was extremely dirty with Chito stains and chips stains all over and absolutely disgusting. I flagged down one of the house Keeping people and she pleasantly help me get a new one right away both house Keeping ladies were very helpful and I can definitely say positive things about them. The overall stay in the room was OK. We had a shower that was wheelchair accessible or handicap accessible and it was quite snug to even fit a standing adult in the shower. The complementary breakfast in the Morning was extremely disappointing that we just ended up going to a restaurant instead. We initially booked this property because of location as well as the complementary breakfast.

I couldn't sleep all night because someone and their family above me kept running around and making noise all night.
